1.      Am I in fellowship with the Lord? (I Corinthians 1:9)

2.      Do I have daily devotions? (II Timothy 2:15; John 5:39)

3.      What is the condition of my prayer life? (I Thessolonians 5:17)

4.      Do I harbor any bitterness? (Heb. 12:15)

5.      Do I have any unconfessed sin in my life? (Psalm 66:18; I John 1:9)

6.      Do I have ought against my brother? (Matt. 5:23-24)

7.      Do I love the brethren? (Heb. 13:1)

8.      Do I gossip? (Proverbs 11:13)

9.      Am I easily offended? (I Peter 2:20)

10.  Am I guilty of the sin of stubbornness? (I Samuel 15:23)

11.  How is my relationship to my mate, children, brothers, sisters, employer, employees? (Ephesians 5:21-25; 6:1-9)

12.  Do I ever go on visitation? (Luke 14:23)

13.  Am I really what people see? ((I Samuel. 16:7)

14.  Am I concerned about souls? (I John 3:17-18; Psalm 126)

15.  Am I willing to inconvenience myself for others? (Matthew 5:41)

16.  Am I willing to ask the Lord to speak to ME through our evangelist and am I willing to DO what the BIBLE says? (James 1:22; John 14:15)
